Can I use my CallBack with a "pulse or rotary" phone?

In order
to use CallBack, a user must have their phone on "tone," as opposed
to "pulse." When in countries which are still on "pulse systems"
rather than "tone systems, you need to purchase a "tone generator"
(available at most electronics stores). This generates tones, which
allow the CallBack switch to operate.

Can a customer using CallBack, make more than one telephone call during
a CallBack session without hanging up?

the star key(*) twice when disconnecting a call. If you are making
consecutive calls press the pound/sharp key twice (#) to receive
new dial tone.

rates are subject to change every few months. We have a mission
to constantly lower their rates and maintain their lead as the lowest
cost international call provider. In 5 years we have never raised
our rates and we have lowered them hundreds of times.

If I sign up for CallBack, must I eliminate my regular telephone service
on that line?

We have structured our service as an add-on service. This lets you
choose when to use our callback service and when to use your local
phone company.
